Tristan LOVED Sour Patch Kids. Anything that had to do with those candies, he loved! One day I went to the store and bought two packs of these Sour Patch Kids gum.. YES, GUM! I took a picture of my gum and sent it to Tris. His response "I want!" So I told him how good they are and how they taste exactly like the candy. I told him that I'll split them in half and give it to him. Instead of doing that, I figured I'd get his own packs. So, I got him two packs of Sour Patch Kids candy boxes and two packs of the gum. He texted me "Thank you so much sis!!!" I of course texted back "You're so welcome, Bro!" Than we said our "I love you" and that was that. He was so happy and excited about those small things. No matter what, Tris was thankful for the smallest of things. To this day, I still have the same packs that I showed him. It's hard to chew the gum now, but when I get the courage to actually have a piece, it makes me smile and think about the conversation him and I had. I love him sooooo much!
